VIP Contracts come in three parts, all of which can be tackled by a single player. Unlike other heists though, these setup missions are simple and can be tackled by a solo player.

How do i unlock more vip contracts?
To unlock the VIP Contract section at The Agency, you need to complete one of the Security Contracts first. When you log onto your computer in your office, you should see this: Select "Security Contracts" and browse the job options you have.
