Why is aiming so hard on pc?

Aiming on PC is fine. It's harder than in other games because there's no movement deceleration and the movement in general is faster. On console they don't really let you customize your response curves on your stick much which makes it feel off. What Ryzik said, it is a movement acceleration issue.
