Is overwatch 2 story only?

While the first title was more PvP (player versus player) and only brought in PvE (player versus environment) content every once in a while, Blizzard has different plans for Overwatch 2. Part of the new plans includes an entire campaign and story mode, which features PvE content within the Overwatch universe.
