How many sims allowed in sims 3?

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and go to the graphics tab. There you should be able to change that.

Can you have more than 8 sims in sims 3?
There's a setting in nraas master controller (NRaas > MC > Settings > Allow More Than Eight > True), but you also need portrait mod to select all the Sims.

How do you place sims in sims 4?
Click the Gallery tab. Under Category, choose Households. Save the household or Sim to My Library. Click Place Household in the bottom right corner.

Why cant i change my sims outfit sims 4?
Cause for this bug are suspects from the detective career that still have the trait for that. Sims with this trait can't change their clothing. Probably because changing into a different outfit makes it hard to identify the correct suspect which led to issues in the past.
