Can linux increase fps?

Linux OGL still lags 2–4 fps behind windows using dx12 though in the same benchmark at the same settings. Better FPS - if you're running AMD, linux will probably provide better fps comparing ogl to ogl. If the game has dx12 support though, Windows will probably provide better fps than running OGL in linux.
