Do you need a controller to play fifa 23 on pc?

You don't need a controller to play FIFA 23 on PC, but as someone who tried to play previous titles on a mouse and keyboard... It wasn't ideal back then. It's not necessary, but I think you'll have a hard time finding people who don't recommend that you play with a controller.

I FOUND OUT ! You have to open your game ( fifa 23), after you go to windows search bar and type device manager , after you go to your controller ( should be last) double click and you should see your controller under. Right click on it and click on disable device without restarting your computer.
