Is ash getting younger?

How did Ash get younger? They make him look younger because the series required him to be so. As you would have watched,the battles in Sun & Moon series were more detailed and due to the Z-Moves,it made them look more firece. And the previous animations would not suit in the Z-move poses and the battles in the series.

Technically, Ash never caught any legendary pokemon but he came close to several legendaries who were emotionally attached to him. Some of them being Suicune, Azel, Solgaleo, Tapu Kuku and Reshiram. Also our boy has caught pokemons of other categories like Mythical and Ultra beast, i.e, Melmetal and Naganadel.
