Is there a blastoise v star?
What does the v star card in brilliant stars mean?
The V Star card is used as a counter to keep track of when you have used your V Star Power (much like the old GX counters). It does not make any difference to the rarity of your pulls. They are placed randomly into packs and should always take the place of the energy card.

How rare are v star pokémon?
This version of Arceus VSTAR is printed as a Gold Rare, the highest card rarity in most modern Pokémon sets. Normally that would make it the most valuable version of Arceus in Brilliant Stars, but one other Arceus card actually has the same pull rate (1 in 568) and a fully illustrated background.

How can you tell if a pokémon v card is rare?
Rare. If a Pokémon card's rarity symbol is a black or white star, it's at least a Rare. Check if any parts of the card have a holographic foil. If no part of the card is foil, or if every part of the card except the art is foil, then it's a normal Rare.
