If you have Seasons, your Sim can catch a cold or experience seasonal allergies. While any Sim can get a cold any time of year, allergies mostly occur in the spring or summer, and not every Sim gets them. Sims with a cold will get the "Germy" moodlet, and cough or sneeze.
