It entirely depends on your experience. Personally I am an avid Overwatch PC gamer, but also have it on Xbox. As always PC is much easier to aim, and with a few simple adjustments to keybinds if you have a good mouse, I'd say it's much easier. However the standard of play is also slightly higher, so be warned.
