Not difficult imo but with randoms it's a dice roll. Stun cameras, coordinate your headshots, and it should be a breeze. Aggressive is straightforward with no hacking inside the vault which is nice. Sewer entry and never use the main exit.

Can you do the cayo heist in a private session?
One thing to note is that if you are having trouble with griefers during the Prep missions, then you can do all of the Cayo Perico Heist in an Invite Only Session.
