Sims with a cold will get the "Germy" moodlet, and cough or sneeze. Sims have a randomized chance of catching a cold throughout the year, but they're more likely to catch it during the fall, or when they've been around another sick Sim.

Once you're engaged, you have to keep being romantic until your relationship bar is full, then you will have the option to get married.

How do you place sims in sims 4?
Click the Gallery tab. Under Category, choose Households. Save the household or Sim to My Library. Click Place Household in the bottom right corner.

Why cant i change my sims outfit sims 4?
Cause for this bug are suspects from the detective career that still have the trait for that. Sims with this trait can't change their clothing. Probably because changing into a different outfit makes it hard to identify the correct suspect which led to issues in the past.
