The 3070ti is better but not 100 dollars better. The 3070ti is about 7% to 10% faster than the 3070 overall. The 3070ti has a few more CUDA cores as it uses the full power GA104 GPU. The big difference is the 3070ti uses faster GDDR6x VRAM whereas the regular 3070 uses GDDR6 VRAM.
