Are forza horizon 3 servers closed?

On September 27, 2020, Forza Horizon 3 was decommissioned. After this date, the game and its associated DLC was no longer available for purchase in the Microsoft Store. However, players who already own Forza Horizon 3 are still able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal.
