Does 60 to 120 fps make a difference?

60 fps is good enough for most games but 120 fps is even better. I used to play Red Dead redemption 2 at 50–60 fps, it's a beautiful game and there's nothing to complain. Now I have hardware that can game 4k over 100 fps, I'd say it's a complete different gaming experience. Everything is so smooth and responsive.

Does 4k hdmi make a difference for ps4?
PlayStation4 (PS4) / Xbox One / Xbox One
As the most demanding throughput a base PS4/Xbox One can put on an HDMI cable is 1080p 60Hz with HDR, high speed HDMI or HDMI 1.4 is more than enough. You can even get 4K 30Hz with this cable, but the base PS4 and Xbox One don't support 4K so that's a moot point.

Does 120hz make a difference for fps?
If you're not using VRR, 120Hz can make 60FPS content appear a bit smoother as screen tearing is less noticeable and you get lower input lag. A lot of console games are limited to 30FPS or 60FPS, so the difference between 60Hz and 120Hz won't be noticeable when it comes to motion clarity.

Does an expensive snooker cue make a difference?
Absolutely it will make a difference. More importantly, however, you must get used to whatever cue you play with and do not try to play with another. Stephen Hendry famously played with a cheap cue for most of his career, until it was broken, but he played even better when he had to use a better one.
