Main quest, and in between, do Dawnguard, (and then Hearthfire) and lastly, Dragonborn after Main Quest. This is how Bethesda likely intended it and it makes the most sense. You can tell based on the release dates for each DLC. Dragonborn goes after Alduin and while doing so, gets involved with the vampire/dawnguard.

Technically and story-wise you can do them in either order. However, the Dragonborn DLC is significantly harder/requires a higher level than the Dawnguard DLC - even though you are introduced to the Dragonborn DLC earlier. You get the Dragonborn quest right after you speak to the Greybeards.
