Is destiny 2 fun for free?

You will have some fun but there really isn't much for free to play players. You get to play the seasonal activities once then you have to purchase them if you want to play more. There are some free raids, nightfalls, the nine event and a few others you can play but without the DLC you will get bored and burnt out.
