Why dont witchers sleep?
They're enhanced humans, but still humans. When they're heavily wounded or really tired, meditation isn't gonna cut it and they'll need to sleep. Naturally i assume, they can last longer without sleeping than normal humans but it doesn't mean they don't sleep at all.

Why does witcher reject triss?
Despite expressing that he clearly cares for her, Geralt turns Triss down, seemingly because he thinks she is too good for him. He ends up reconnecting with Yennefer later on in season 2, and the brief spark of romantic subplot between Geralt and Triss appears to be extinguished.

You can sleep with both Triss and Shani, but you can only pick one to sleep with for a second time. Nobody else cares where you've been. However- at the end, there are three possible cards for you to obtain, but you will only have 1 available depending on how you've played the game (who you've sided with.)
