In the Wiki it says V was born sometime April of 2049. I haven't seen the timeline you're talking about, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here and just not pick sides for a bit on this one. I have no information about it but I agree with you @Powindahh, for me V seems to be between 22~25 years old.
