that's not gonna make a problem for your computer, but with this configuration you wont reach the best performance of your system. always 2 or 4 equal amount of RAM makes sense and gives you the best performance. Depends on your motherboard and CPU. Most current models prefer 2 or 4 identical sticks of RAM, not 3.
