This is only if we have strong reasons to believe that the account in question will remain unused.

Fortunately, no. The only thing that might resemble that is if you wait so long to use it that you forget your password. Mojang doesn't automatically delete accounts; that'd be a bit of a rip-off for having to pay $26.95.

VAC bans are applied to all accounts sharing a phone number at the time of the infraction. For this (and many other) reasons we do not recommend sharing your phone number or using another user's phone number on your Steam account.
