Why is pga 2k23 not cross-platform?

By default, crossplay is always on for PC, but can be disabled on Xbox by checking the system settings, and can be toggled on and off in-game on PlayStation. On PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4 crossplay is defaulted to off, so players will need to go to Settings and then Social to toggle it on.
