Should i play bioshock normal or hard?

Overall, I think Hard is a good experience in this game, but Normal is where I would recommend starting out on for learning the game. On hard enemies get REALLY tanky for health late game, and it's important to learn the mechanics so you know what to buy/not to buy.

Infinite is a completely different story set decades before BioShock 1. It makes no difference to play it first or last - however the DLC (Burial At Sea, I think?) takes place a relatively short time before BioShock 1, and it contains major spoilers for that game, so you will want to play BS1 before that DLC.
