Is it okay to store games in c drive?

Should games be installed on a C drive? It's not a good idea if you can do otherwise (you should keep the main partition uncluttered). But it is also not a terrible idea as long as you make a specific directory (i.e. C:Games). Just do not install games under “Program Files”, and keep an eye on the free space.

Can you store games on a hard drive?
HDDs and SSDs both work well for gaming. If the HDD has enough capacity to store your games (modern games range from 20GB up to 180GB for a single installation), and is fast enough to support the graphics, you shouldn't have troubles.

Do games run faster on c drive?
Games don't care what drive they're on. They run netter on an SSD compared to a normal hard drive. Better here meaning faster loading times. But if that's the C drive or D or H or W, doesn't matter.
