If you go sequential, it'd be Before Crisis, Crisis Core, Final Fantasy 7, (Advent Children movie), and Dirge of Cerberus. Or you can play them in order of release. I'd suggest playing them sequentially; I think it'll help the story make more sense but I could also be wrong in my opinion.
