Is overwatch 2 free if you have overwatch 1 on disc?

Essentially if you have OverWatch 1 with a disc and it's installed, the game OverWatch 2 would automatically be downloaded but would require the original OverWatch disc to play it. I assume you can fix this by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it directly from PlayStation store.
