You have to buy the game again on Steam. If the game isn't on Steam, then you can't get it on Steam. You CAN launch the game from Steam. To do that go in the Steam app, click ADD A GAME in the bottom left, then Add a Non-Steam Game, and search for the game exe where it's installed.
