A single token costs 150 COD Points, but for a much better deal you can buy the battle pass bundle, which comes with an additional 20 tokens. Using the tokens you've earned just requires you to select a sector from the map on the battle pass menu, and then choose one of the five rewards in the sector.

Do warzone xp tokens work on mw2?
The only Double XP tokens you'll see in Modern Warfare 2 at launch are ones earned via rewards or the Vault Edition. While Double XP tokens from the original Warzone experience will not work in Modern Warfare 2, it's expected that Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 will share a Double XP token collection.
