Is it safe to use 90 ram?

No, it's not a problem. Memory is meant to be used. If it's sitting around idle then it's not doing anything and you want it to do something. There's just no point having memory sitting around doing nothing.

Is 3600mhz ram good for ryzen 9 5900x?
It should work fine but some kits especially 32gb kits may cause issues (I run mine at 2666 MHz and don't even get me started on those Kingstons that I removed from my PC)...

Is it safe to overclock ram?
In some cases, however, increasing the operating speed of RAM can directly improve the performance of the CPU. Overclocking RAM, therefore, is safe as long as you don't increase the voltage. To be on the safer side, 1.5v is the recommended limit for RAM.

Is 4gb ram safe for gaming?
4GB. A few years ago, 4GB of RAM would have been enough memory for gaming, but as games have developed and become more complex, 4GB is no longer enough. Older games might still work with 4GB of RAM but it is worth investing in at least 8GB in order to play a wider range of games.

Is cloud storage 100 safe?
Storing sensitive data in servers managed by external vendors might raise concerns amongst business stakeholders. Yet, it's impossible to find a 100% safe cloud storage solution. However, it is fair to deduce that storing your data on the cloud is relatively more secure than on a computer.
