How do you shuffle a 100 card deck?
Break the deck into two 50-card halves and shuffle those individually. The take half of each to form two new 50-card halves and shuffle those individually. Then mash the two 50-card decks together a few times. It's not perfect, but should be a reasonable approximation of shuffling the 100 (or 99, as it were) cards.
