Unfortunately you can't. The game and it's DLC is platform specific. If you want to use them on the PC, you would have to purchase them for the PC.

You cannot get free expansion packs unless EA puts expansion packs in for free for a couple of days, the only other way is to pirate which I dont recommend. Buy them. Wait for them to go on sale on Origin
