It looks like PS5 will be backwards comparable and play many PS4 games. As PS4 was NOT backwards compatible with the PS3, they wont work.

No they Will not. They do not have the same software Architecture. if somehow you hacked the software to recognize the games, the hardware withing the PS3 is probably not good enough to support the games either. It looks like PS5 will be backwards comparable and play many PS4 games.
